On her first day teaching a student with ASD, Paula Kluth’s principal told her she was “going to love this kid.” That moment launched a career studying how to meet autistic learners’ needs in inclusive classrooms — and this course is built on that work. Kluth takes a comprehensive look at the practical, theoretical, and legal dimensions of inclusive education for students with autism.

You’ll move from preparing your classroom environment to building relationships to implementing an inclusive pedagogy, with activities, checklists, and lesson plans along the way. This isn’t theory at a distance — it’s direct, actionable support for creating a classroom where autistic students belong and thrive alongside their peers.
